Broad River Animal Hospital Policies

Appointment Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you are cancelling any surgical or dental procedure, we require 48 hours.

Arrival/Waiting Room Policy

When you arrive at Broad River Animal Hospital, please check in at the front desk. Your nurse will gather some information from you and guide you to an exam room.

We do ask kindly, if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms that you wear a mask while in the hospital.

Payment Methods

Payment in full is due at time services are rendered. We accept:

Prescription Refills

Please allow 24 hours for prescription with the exception of heartworm and flea/tick preventions.

NOTE: Online prescription requests may take 3 business days for approval.

Prescription Diets

We offer a selection of prescription diets formulated specifically for medical conditions.

We sell prescription diets from Hill's, Purina and Royal Canin.
